London Classics – Returns & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns.

1. Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 90 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be complete, unused, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, parts and accessories must be included.
The product must show no signs of misuse, damage or careless handling.
Hygiene-sensitive items must be cleaned before return.
Items damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Return Processing

Returns are processed within 7 working days after receipt at our warehouse. You will receive confirmation once your return has been reviewed.

How to Initiate a Return

Include the following information:

Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
Clear photo of the item (required if damaged)
Delivery address

You will receive instructions and the correct return address.
Do not send returns to the sender’s address.

All returns must be shipped at your own expense.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a designated third party) receive the goods.

To exercise this right:

You must notify us via email at info@london-classics.uk with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

Because our order processing system operates quickly, orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation before delivery is not possible. You must wait for delivery and then follow the standard return procedure.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipments in Transit

Orders that are already in transit cannot be cancelled.

If your order has been dispatched:

Wait until delivery.
Follow the return procedure outlined above.
Provide tracking information once shipped back to us.

This allows us to process your return more efficiently.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal & Refunds

Upon valid withdrawal and receipt of the returned goods, we will refund:

The purchase price of the returned item(s).

Please note:

Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Additional shipping charges for premium delivery options are not refundable.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

5. Refunds via Gift Card or Discount Code

If you voluntarily choose to receive your refund in the form of a London Classics gift card or discount code, this will be considered final settlement of the return.

Once issued:

Gift cards or discount codes cannot be refunded, replaced or exchanged for cash.
Purchases made using such gift cards or discount codes are not eligible for further refunds, returns or exchanges.
Gift cards or discount codes may only be used on https://london-classics.uk/
Any remaining balance remains valid until the stated expiry date.

This provision applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Return Shipping & Customs

All returns must be sent to our designated warehouse.

Customers are responsible for:

Return shipping costs
Any customs duties
Import taxes
Clearance fees

Failure to pay required customs fees may result in the return not being processed.

7. Duplicate Orders

In rare cases, duplicate orders may occur during checkout.

If this happens, London Classics will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Duplicate orders are not eligible for automatic cancellation. Standard return and refund conditions apply.
